You agree to these T&C by using the Cortexkeyz site. You also agree to our Privacy Policy below. If you disagree, you must stop using our Services now. We can change these T&C anytime. New terms are effective immediately upon posting.
2. Our Services
Cortexkeyz offers digital marketing services. This includes SEO, content work, and auditing. The specific work and cost are in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW becomes part of these T&C.
3. Your Responsibilities (Client Duties)
You agree to these responsibilities:
- Provide us access to your website and necessary accounts on time.
- Ensure all content you provide is legal and your own. It must not violate other people’s rights.
- Do not make SEO changes without telling us first during the service term.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Fees: All costs are listed in the SOW. You must pay on the schedule in the SOW.
- No Refunds: SEO work starts immediately. All fees paid are non-refundable.
- Late Payments: We can suspend Services if payment is late. Suspension happens after 7 days past the due date.
5. Ownership of Work
- Client Ownership: You keep ownership of your website and brand.
- Cortexkeyz Ownership: We keep ownership of our SEO methods and tools.
- Work Product: You own the custom content and reports we create. This happens after you pay the full amount.
6. Liability Limits
We follow SEO best practices. We do not guarantee specific search rankings or traffic. Algorithms change often.
We are not liable for any indirect or major damages. Our total liability is limited. It cannot be more than the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before your claim.
